Twelve Axes ("the Game") is an offline, single-player mobile game developed and published by 12 Axes Game Studio. We respect your personal privacy and are fully committed to protecting it. Twelve Axes does NOT collect, store, transmit, process, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII).

2. Device Permissions

The Game operates with minimal permissions strictly necessary for native offline gameplay features:

• Haptic Feedback / Vibration (android.permission.VIBRATE): Used exclusively to provide tactile feedback to the player during bowstring drawing, arrow release, and metal ring impacts. You can disable this feature at any time in the Game's in-game settings.
• No Network Access: The Game does not require internet connection, Wi-Fi access, or background data transmission to function.

3. Local Data Storage

All your game progress — including unlocked levels across the 5 chapters, best scores (rings pierced), laurel wreaths, achievement unlocks (such as Apollo's Golden Arrow), and sound/vibration preferences — is stored exclusively locally on your device.

This data is saved strictly inside the application's isolated sandbox storage. It is never synchronized or sent to external servers. You can permanently wipe this data at any time by clearing the application cache/data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Twelve Axes is designed for players of all ages, including families. Because the Game collects zero personal information, it complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

5. Third-Party Links & Store Services

When you download Twelve Axes via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, your purchase or download is subject to the terms and privacy practices of Google LLC and Apple Inc. respectively. We do not control their privacy practices.
